Description

Lead and execute core Identity and Access Management operations for a regulated enterprise. Own the management and operation of identity platforms, ensuring service availability and SLO attainment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own identity platform management, ensuring service availability and SLO attainment.
• Lead major incident response, problem management, and change management processes.
• Drive automation initiatives, implementing configuration-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for identity systems.
• Maintain compliance posture by supporting SOX and NERC-CIP controls and facilitating audits.
• Manage identity lifecycle integrations fed by HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 3+ years leading operations or support teams in regulated environments.
• Deep experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow or IIQ).
• Expertise administering Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Strong scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Python.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SSO, MFA, and SAML/OIDC/OAuth2.
• Knowledge of LDAP/Kerberos, SCIM, and PKI protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles for incident and change management.
• Experience maintaining SOX and NERC-CIP controls.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CISM certification.
