Description

You will manage and integrate Ping Federate and Ping Access environments to meet specific customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day integrations within Ping Federate and Ping Access environments.
• Collaborate with customers to define use cases and ensure alignment with IAM standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, including patching and upgrading Ping Federate and Ping Access products.
• Provide L3 support, product debugging, and incident troubleshooting for application issues.
• Implement application policy integrations and manage directory services.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience with Ping Federate and Ping Access installation, deployment, and policy integration.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on IAM functions.
• Working knowledge of LDAP and directories such as Radiantlogic, Microsoft Active Directory, or cloud directories.
• 2-3 years of directory integration experience (AD, VDS, etc.).
• Proficiency with TCP/IP protocols.
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Understanding of multifactor authentication concepts and vendor product deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience/certification.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSM, CISA, or CISSP.
• Deployment experience in AWS cloud and VM environments.
• Experience in globally distributed enterprise environments and monitoring use case implementation.
