Description

You will drive platform strategy and technical delivery for Identity and Access Management (IAM) products.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology delivery roadmap and execute detailed plans from ideation through implementation and governance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead JAR and JAD sessions with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Direct the creation and maintenance of API documentation, guides, and tutorials.
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, projects, and scope within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner developing IAM suites of applications in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of authorization frameworks including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Experience in IDM domain capability development, including feature detailing and API SDKs.
• 2+ years of experience in account definition, multi-tenancy for API-based services, cost/price modelling, or API management/governance.
• Proficiency with SQL, SoapUI, Postman, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCIM-based SDKs.
• SAFe or Scrum Certification.
• Deep expertise in the identity and access management (IAM) application suite.
