Description

Own the strategy and roadmap for enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IAM product vision, roadmap, and authentication technologies including MFA, adaptive risk-based auth, and passwordless solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams to embed Zero Trust principles into product features.
• Ensure platform compliance with PCI, SOC2, and NIST standards through rigorous product lifecycle management.
• Translate complex security requirements into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of IAM strategy and roadmaps within regulated environments.

Required Skills

• 8–15 years of experience in Product Management or Platform Ownership, specifically within Identity and Access Management.
• Deep technical understanding of IAM protocols: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and Passkeys.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, or Auth0.
• Proven track record of owning IAM strategy and roadmaps, not just project delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably Financial Services, Banking, Wealth, or FinTech.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes including Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Background in implementing Zero Trust architectures within large financial institutions.
