Description

Lead end-to-end strategy and development for Identity & Access Management products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by translating user research and departmental needs into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value, converting strategy into detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing for consistent user experiences.
• Manage the product lifecycle by refining, prioritizing, and slating work on team boards to ensure strict adherence to acceptance criteria.
• Oversee contracts and projects with implementation partners, contractors, and vendors, including procurement of software and professional services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of professional experience specifically within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) cybersecurity discipline.
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-level IAM products.
• Experience running or shipping consumer web applications.
• Proficiency with JIRA, GitHub, and Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methods and usability best practices.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and guide build vs. buy or reuse decisions.
• Capability to define and track key product metrics to inform product evolution.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience building or managing enterprise-level products.
