Description

You will own the production support lifecycle for Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for IAM systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to provisioning workflows and application connectivity.
• Manage and resolve production incidents to minimize downtime.
• Maintain system health and availability for critical identity services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proven track record supporting IAM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise-level support experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
