Description

You will provide production support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, focusing on incident troubleshooting and application connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support provisioning workflows and resolve application connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and maintain system stability.
• Utilize SQL and Java for diagnostics and support tasks.
• Manage SailPoint IdentityIQ environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production or application support experience.
• Strong proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Java.
• Proven track record in IAM support.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise-level support experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of additional IAM platforms.
