Description

You will own production support for Identity and Access Management systems, focusing on incident troubleshooting, provisioning workflow support, and application connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to IAM platforms and application connectivity.
• Support and maintain provisioning workflows and user lifecycle management processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to diagnose data issues and support backend investigations.
• Collaborate on Java-based scripts or integrations for automated support tasks.
• Maintain documentation for known issues and resolution paths.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or application support, ideally within IAM environments.
• Strong proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and debugging.
• Working knowledge of Java for scripting or integration support.
• Experience supporting application connectivity and identity provisioning workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise-level production support experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Knowledge of additional IAM platforms beyond SailPoint.
