Description

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Identity and Access Management assessment program.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain IAM assessment methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
• Guide and support the Program Manager and assessment pods in their execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align assessment outcomes with business objectives and secure necessary resources.
• Monitor program progress and implement course corrections to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all assessment deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks including IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO.
• Technical experience with SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark, and BeyondTrust.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
