Description

Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Identity and Access Management assessment program in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the IAM assessment methodology, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the Program Manager and assessment pods.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align program outcomes with business objectives and secure resources.
• Monitor program progress and implement necessary course corrections.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all assessment deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks including IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO.
• Technical experience with SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark, and BeyondTrust.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
