Description

You will lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) assessment program, defining strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the IAM assessment methodology to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee program progress and manage the full IAM assessment lifecycle.
• Manage large-scale, complex identity programs from inception to completion.
• Lead stakeholder management and communicate program status to key business leaders.
• Ensure delivery of the IAM assessment strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks: IGA, PAM, MFA, and SSO.
• Hands-on technical experience with SailPoint and Okta.
• Technical experience with CyberArk and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access Management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs.
