Description

You will lead strategic governance and delivery across multiple IAM workstreams and enterprise initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, scope management, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee project managers and parallel workstreams to ensure consistent execution and successful delivery.
• Establish governance forums, stakeholder meetings, and steering committee sessions to drive alignment.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and status updates using Power BI and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably within enterprise security or IAM environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IAM programs or security advisory initiatives.
• Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise delivery oversight.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps for tracking and governance.
• Ability to create executive reports using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving, dependency management, and risk mitigation capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring delivery leads and project managers to promote best practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across large organizations.
