Description

You own the delivery of Identity and Access Management workstreams within large-scale application migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and resources for AWS, Azure, and data center migrations.
• Review acceptance criteria with clients and manage stakeholder communication for optimized collaboration.
• Track IAM team deliverables across authentication, authorization, secret management, and privileged access management.
• Maintain RAID logs, conduct risk assessments, and provide regular status reports to agreed stakeholders.
• Oversee IAM integration outcomes, including configuration, implementation, and migration readiness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in enterprise migration programs.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, ForgeRock, RSA, SailPoint, and ESF.
• Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling, and status reporting techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
