Description

Lead end-to-end Identity and Access Management projects, overseeing planning, execution, budget, and scope.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leads to define roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans.
• Author user stories and provide context for product vision and requirements.
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through forecasting.
• Execute compliance surveys to assess adherence to IAM policies and consolidate audit evidence.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track progress against business goals.

Required Skills

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Program and Project management.
• 5 to 7 years of domain expertise in IAM and Risk Governance.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of IAM security frameworks, principles, and technologies.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• Ability to perform detailed technical data analysis for root cause identification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
