Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across IAM domains including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, PAM, RBAC, and SSO.
• Coordinate with technical leads to ensure timely delivery of IAM solutions and integrations like Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Drive compliance and audit readiness for access controls adhering to SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Define and implement IAM policies and controls by working with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of IT experience, with 5+ years managing large-scale IAM programs.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: provisioning, authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, and Ping Identity.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple parallel workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior leadership.
• Must possess IAM-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CIAM).
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD.
