You will lead the strategy and execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations for client engagements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects integrating IAM/PAM platforms, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline across multiple workstreams.
• Design and deliver solutions for Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, multi-factor authentication (MFA), password vaulting, and session monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory and client governance requirements.
• Manage organizational change and user training to drive adoption of new security protocols.
• Present complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM technologies such as Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing complex security implementations.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience collaborating with IT, security, and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
