Description

You will lead Identity and Access Management projects by transforming business objectives into execution strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile processes and hold team members accountable to commitments.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Identify project risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Manage project health using metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and backlog tracking.
• Report status and governance risks to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of Authentication and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Active Directory.
• Experience with Oracle Identity Governance, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, and Radiant Logic.
• Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale (SAFe).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Windows Hello for Business and Windows environments.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
