Description

You will lead identity and access management projects using Agile and SAFe methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Transform business objectives into actionable execution strategies.
• Enforce agile workflows and hold team members accountable to commitments.
• Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and recommend specific mitigation solutions.
• Coach teams toward self-empowerment and accountability.
• Report status on backlog tracking, burndown, and velocity metrics for governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Technical familiarity with SailPoint, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Experience working within Windows environments.
• Ability to partner with product owners, architects, and developers.
