Description

You will support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations by troubleshooting products, processes, and policies used to regulate user access.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IAM tools and technologies to control user identities and regulate access.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions comply with university policies and standards.
• Work cross-functionally with business units to improve IAM processes and program support.
• Act as an administrator, operator, or owner for specific technologies, functions, or services.
• Provide availability outside of normal business hours for changes during approved enterprise change windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Manual Testing and Quality Control.
• Regression Testing and Test Case development.
• Test Planning and Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
