Description

Administer and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, ensuring infrastructure health and resolving technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot the SailPoint IIQ platform.
• Prepare, create, and execute test documentation for fixes or upgrades.
• Monitor platform and infrastructure health, performing analysis and reporting.
• Manage certificate and password rotations across the environment.
• Handle ticket management, end-user engagement, and issue escalation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ administration.
• Knowledge of Directory Services, specifically LDAP and Active Directory.
• Experience with platform and infrastructure monitoring and analysis.
• Proficiency in ticket management and vendor support processes.
• Familiarity with Apache Tomcat mailbox monitoring.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in IAM administration.
• 3-year tenure in previous relevant roles.
