Description

You will build and maintain identity governance controls and lifecycle management workflows within development environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement technology workflows and rules to maintain data accuracy across managed systems.
• Collaborate with application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle management.
• Follow peer-review, validation, and deployment procedures for all developed artifacts.
• Support ongoing operations enhancements and address bug fixes.
• Support unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant application teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on project experience with identity management/governance technologies, covering design, implementation, and maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience working specifically with IdentityIQ.
• Experience integrating applications using standard connectors and building full lifecycle management workflows.
• Proficiency with Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, JSON, and SQL scripting.
• Broad knowledge of identity and access data correlation, normalization, and modeling best practices.
• Knowledge of identity certification and attestation practices.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
