Description

You will design and maintain enterprise identity governance solutions, lifecycle workflows, and access frameworks for an international user base.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design technical identity governance solutions and implement lifecycle management workflows.
• Integrate applications using standard connectors and establish RBAC/ABAC frameworks.
• Perform identity and access data correlation, normalization, and model building.
• Execute identity certification and attestation practices.
• Document technical systems and translate complex concepts for business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical design and implementation of identity management technologies.
• 2+ years of direct experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, JSON, and SQL scripting.
• Experience with identity and access data correlation and normalization.
• Strong technical and system documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building custom SCIM, REST, and SOAP API connectors.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and the ServiceNow platform.
