Description

Lead technical delivery of the enterprise-wide SailPoint Identity and Access Management platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a technical team and oversee onboarding of new applications across the enterprise.
• Drive process automation and evaluate tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure cohesive end-to-end design and automated integration testing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related incidents while managing change and incident processes.
• Champion secure coding practices and implement open-source technologies to solve business challenges.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• 6-8+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including architecture, workflows, and customizations.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java or Python.
• Proficiency in databases and writing SQL queries for data extraction.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user issues in large-scale environments.
• Knowledge of Javascript, Spml, and Jsf.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of expertise in the cybersecurity domain, specifically IAM.
• Experience with APIs (SCIM, REST, SOAP) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation.
• Familiarity with AWS, Itil, or SailPoint certifications.
