Description

Lead IAM engineering teams in implementing Identity and Access Governance products using SailPoint IIQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IAM engineers, providing technical guidance and regular feedback.
• Execute technical strategies for IAM engineering aligned with business goals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, including managing RAID logs and change orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and manage communication and escalation paths.
• Direct resource allocation, workload management, and recruitment efforts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IAM engineering, specifically with SailPoint IIQ.
• 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project management, planning, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Experience using project management tools.
• Ability to manage problem-solving and decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
