Description

Lead IAM engineering teams to implement Identity and Access Governance products using SailPoint IIQ, owning the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of IAM engineers, providing technical guidance and regular feedback.
• Execute technical IAM strategies aligned with business goals and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage RAID logs, change orders, resource allocation, and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, manage communication, and handle escalations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IAM engineering, specifically with SailPoint IIQ.
• 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools, planning, and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
