You will manage and support identity access management operations using Okta.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and administer Okta IAM solutions.
• Lead and execute project implementations in collaboration with large IT teams.
• Facilitate technical workshops, design sessions, and problem-solving meetings.
• Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines under pressure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Okta Identity Access Management.
• Proven experience developing and administering Okta IAM.
• Experience leading project implementations within large IT organizations.
• Ability to drive technical design and problem-solving workshops.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
