Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement IAM architecture aligned with security, compliance, and business goals.
• Develop and enforce policies for access control, identity federation, MFA, and privileged access management.
• Architect integrations between IAM solutions and cloud platforms, applications, and critical systems.
• Configure and maintain tools for identity provisioning, SSO, directory services, and RBAC.
• Monitor and report on unauthorized access attempts, user activity anomalies, and policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency with protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and SOX.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CIAM.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline integration, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, passwordless, and biometric-based authentication.
