You will design and implement identity and access management frameworks for security and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM frameworks using BeyondTrust and Azure Entra ID for identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Lead deployment of IAM technologies, specifically configuring SAML 2.0 for SSO integration.
• Develop strategies for privileged access management and broader identity management.
• Establish IAM policies and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and cloud service integration.
• Manage regular IAM audits and document all architectures, processes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture and security.
• Deep expertise with Azure Entra ID and BeyondTrust products.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAML 2.0 for Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Proficiency with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and NIST 800-63 standards.
• Ability to translate departmental needs into technical requirements for BeyondTrust and Azure Entra ID.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft SC-300 certification.
• Knowledge of identity technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
