Description

Manage operational support, maintenance, and configuration of technical security solutions to enhance organizational security posture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tune security tools, integrating them with enterprise controls.
• Perform operational support and maintenance of technical security solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service quality, documentation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and serve as a technical resource for information security technologies.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers to foster a knowledgeable team environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint and IdentityNow solutions.
• Understanding of core IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access control.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation tasks.
• Strong communication skills to document processes and convey technical concepts.
• Any Graduate education level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency improvements.
