Description

Design and implement secure IAM configurations across multi-cloud and hybrid identity environments, applying Zero Trust principles and managing end-to-end integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design secure IAM configurations and tune conditional access policies for multi-cloud and hybrid identity environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and PowerShell, including low-code workflows like Okta Workflows, to streamline user lifecycle management.
• Integrate new applications into the IAM ecosystem, managing SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions with RBAC models.
• Implement IAM controls for non-human identities (service principals) across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle, ensuring least privilege adherence.
• Create reusable Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform and manage secrets via vaulting solutions and enterprise PKI.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience designing and implementing secure IAM in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Practical application of Zero Trust principles and conditional access policies.
• Experience integrating SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions with RBAC.
• Proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience managing secrets, credentials, and enterprise PKI (certificates/keys).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex identity issues and perform root cause analysis.
