Description

Lead the technical design, development, and operation of the IAM Directory landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the design, configuration, and operation of NetIQ Directory Services and IDM.
• Develop and configure new functionality aligned with IAM architectural principles and strategy.
• Implement CI/CD-based automation to drive standardization and pro-activity.
• Support architects by refining and implementing enablers for the architectural runway.
• Provide high-level effort estimations and coordinate capability realization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience working with Directories.
• Extensive experience with Linux, NetIQ eDir, and NetIQ IDM.
• Proficiency with Python, Git, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Rundeck.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, best practices, and policy frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RedHat DS, MS AD, and Azure AD.
