Description

Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions to secure system and data access.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Develop and implement IAM policies and standards to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Integrate IAM technologies including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Lead IAM projects from inception through execution and post-implementation support.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to mitigate identity-related security threats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
• Strong background deploying applications using OIDC, OAuth2, and SAMLv2 integrations.
• Deep understanding of security protocols, authentication methods, and access control models.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific credentials.
