Description

Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions following SDLC best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Identity, Governance and Administration tools to automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access workflows.
• Develop and maintain IAM software, ensuring identity controls meet security standards.
• Conduct internal design sessions to build technical enhancements based on user requirements.
• Develop and review technical documentation for applications and system maintenance.
• Prepare test plans and data for integrated testing in support of functional and business analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IAM concepts and IGA tools.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Microsoft Entra, and Graph API.
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries against relational databases.
• Understanding of role-based access control and account onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST, or SOAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating business needs into technical solution requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.
