Description

Own the operation, development support, and security of Directory Services and IAM components including Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, and PKI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of Directory Services and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of new Directory Services and IAM features.
• Handle service requests and incidents related to Directory Services, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, functionality, and security of Directory Services.
• Maintain and enforce IAM policies to meet security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Entra ID, and ADFS.
• Deep understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), DNS, and Federation Services.
• Proven ability to resolve authentication or directory services issues independently.
• Experience integrating applications with modern authentication protocols including Azure AD App Proxy, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• In-depth knowledge of LDAP(S), Kerberos, SSO, OIDC, and SAML.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Entra ID Connect, PAM/PIM, or scripting.
• Relevant certifications in Identity management or Microsoft technologies.
