Description

You will design and lead authentication and authorization solutions across enterprise identity landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Design authentication and authorization solutions using OIDC, SAML, and OAuth standards.
• Lead customer identity management for large-scale, multi-offering enterprise environments.
• Prototype systems to address complex user flows and ensure consistent learner experiences.
• Mentor engineering teams on advanced IAM flows and architectural patterns.
• Maintain documentation for both workforce (WIAM) and customer (CIAM) identity solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in an IAM-specific architecture role.
• 5+ years of experience with IAM SaaS platforms and performing integrations.
• Expertise in IAM design and development.
• Deep knowledge of Okta.
• Strong understanding of MFA, SSO, IDP, SP, and access controls.
• Hands-on experience with OIDC, SAML, and OAuth protocols.
• Ability to integrate disparate user data sources into enterprise architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Okta SaaS solutions.
• Experience collapsing disparate user stores.
