You will architect and lead identity and access management solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Zero Trust authentication and authorization models, migrating from on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell and Logic Apps for identity lifecycle management.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and Entra ID for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Align identity functions with HIPAA, MARS-E, and ARC-AMPE frameworks to maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide architectural direction for migrating services to Microsoft 365 / Azure, securing applications with Entra ID.

Required Skills

• 10+ years designing and implementing Microsoft identity and security solutions for enterprise clients.
• Deep expertise with Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, and identity governance frameworks.
• Strong scripting and automation background in PowerShell, Logic Apps, and Graph API.
• Experience configuring SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations for enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to deliver large, complex migrations to O365 and Azure services.
• Familiarity with Kusto Query Language (KQL).
• Experience ensuring compliance with HIPAA and MARS-E (or ARC-AMPE) standards.
• Experience supporting GCC tenants.
