You will manage and enhance identity and access management systems to ensure security and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SailPoint IdentityIQ for access provisioning, governance, and role-based access control.
• Administer CyberArk for privileged access management and implement segregation of duties.
• Resolve complex identity and access trouble tickets through root cause analysis and permanent problem resolution.
• Monitor IAM infrastructure for performance optimization and perform capacity planning.
• Support the integration of IAM solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint.
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk.
• Strong database knowledge for IAM-related data management.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and security standards.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
