Description

You will implement and administer Identity and Access Management solutions, focusing on IBM Identity Security Verify Governance (ISVG) and IBM Identity Security Identity Manager (ISIM).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and administer IG A solutions using IBM ISVG and ISIM.
• Design role-based access controls, lifecycle rules, and provisioning policies.
• Implement and automate workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) scenarios.
• Integrate ISVG with enterprise solutions like Active Directory, Azure AD, and Salesforce.
• Generate and customize reports for entitlement reconciliation and audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Identity Governance solutions.
• Proficiency in IBM Security Verify Governance Adapters, including custom adapter creation for LDAP, databases, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, especially for HIRS Workday and contingent workforce identities.
• Ability to integrate with enterprise workplace solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, Salesforce, Gsuite, ITSM).
• Experience managing identities across the IBM software ecosystem using ISIGADI.
• Expertise in designing and configuring access management and governance controls.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting operational issues and meeting SLA guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
