Description

You will own the implementation and strategic maturity of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the IAM roadmap and maturity model, conducting gap analyses and developing action plans.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of IAM platforms across IGA, PAM, and Access Management pillars.
• Architect IAM solutions by preparing high and low-level design documents aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Manage the IAM program, handling project delivery, resource planning, and estimation.
• Operationalize IAM by defining support models, creating playbooks, and managing audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM practices.
• Expertise with Okta and Azure AD for Access Management.
• Experience implementing IGA solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Hands-on knowledge of PAM tools including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Delinea.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Familiarity with Ping Identity and general IAM principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Security, DevOps).
