Description

Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint Identity Now or IIQ access management solutions.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom system and application connectors within SailPoint Identity Now.
• Configure SailPoint modules including audit, compliance, lifecycle, and service accounts.
• Work with application teams to aggregate and correlate user accounts to Identity Cubes.
• Mentor junior team members on SailPoint best practices and technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 7+ years of experience with SailPoint, including Identity Lifecycle (JML), workflows, and administration.
• 5+ years of experience with CyberArk, covering Secret Management, Session Management, and Threat Management.
• Expertise in SailPoint development using Java BeanShell and Rules.
• Deep knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, WS-Fed, and WS-Security.
• Extensive experience with Directories including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with integration of SailPoint Identity Now, CyberArk, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD processes and migration workflows.
