Description

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityNow or IIQ solutions to support organizational identity management needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot custom system and application connectors within SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Configure SailPoint modules including audit, compliance, lifecycle, and service accounts.
• Work with application teams to aggregate and correlate system user accounts to Identity Cubes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the SailPoint platform and conduct regular compliance audits.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience specifically with SailPoint.
• 2+ years of experience with CyberArk.
• Expertise in integrating SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
• Strong development experience in Java, Java BeanShell, and REST API/Web Services.
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Security, and WS-Fed.
• Hands-on experience with IAM protocols such as SCIM and Web services.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle (JML) workflows and access certification migration.
• Proficiency with directories such as Active Directory and LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
