You will design and implement large-scale global IAM solutions across the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM solutions covering CIAM, IGA, PAM, and WAM architectures.
• Develop provisioning workflows, triggers, and rules to customize tools to business requirements.
• Map business requirements to technical specifications using traceability matrices.
• Execute full lifecycle engagements including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Integrate applications with IAM solutions using both out-of-the-box and custom adapters.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IAM engineering and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Okta.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, separation of duties, attestations, and automated approval processes.
• Experience implementing complete IAM SDLC projects from analysis to deployment.
• Proficiency with LDAP, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of application integration patterns for enterprise IAM solutions.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.
• Strong grasp of information security concepts and networking fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with User Access Certification development and testing.
• Knowledge of Ping, IBM ISIM, or high-level networking.
