Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support enterprise IAM and authorization platforms.
• Ensure reliability and availability of critical production systems.
• Apply SRE and DevOps practices for monitoring, automation, and incident management.
• Perform API unit, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites and delivery tools.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day production operations.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support production incidents and after-hours roster activities.
• Follow SCM branching and merging processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Experience Required:

• 11 - 15 years of experience in IAM, operations engineering, DevOps, SRE, or enterprise technology.
• Strong experience in enterprise IAM and authorization platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and SRE practices.
• Experience in automation, API testing, and test automation.
• Strong experience in production support and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring, deployment, and operational tools.
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise applications and integrations.
• Good understanding of system integration and software delivery processes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
