You manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for global customers, ensuring secure access and reliable service delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM solutions and implement standard service requests or changes.
• Advise customers on specifying central data interfaces for identity management.
• Configure cloud applications for Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) using providers like Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft Azure.
• Perform ticket-based troubleshooting and deep problem analysis to resolve complex issues with central user data and corporate IT access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IAM or IT support roles.
• Solid knowledge of databases and directory services.
• Foundational understanding of IT security and data protection principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.

• Knowledge of web technologies and protocols.
