Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure automated access workflows across applications and systems.
• Create and manage OS-level scripts for provisioning, deprovisioning, and system access.
• Build custom reports and analytics dashboards using SQL and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align IAM operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 3 years focused on IAM support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with workflow and process management in IAM or IT automation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration, including user access and job scheduling.
• Experience with Sailpoint, Okta, or Cyberark.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Background in IT security, identity governance, or compliance.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise applications.
