Description

Lead the technical design, implementation, and support of the enterprise Identity and Access Management program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical IAM architecture components, including third-party tool integrations.
• Deploy new solutions and enhancements across vendor products such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and lead IAM projects through their full lifecycle.
• Mentor team members on technical best practices and conduct code and design reviews.
• Write solution designs, proposals, documentation, and test cases while providing hands-on development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk.
• Deep understanding of IAM lifecycle management, access control, and account auditing.
• Experience implementing and maintaining SailPoint, Ping Identity, or Radiant Logic.
• Ability to design scalable and stable IAM solutions for application provisioning and self-service functionality.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot user-related issues and document resolution paths.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-vendor IAM environments.
