Description

You will own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, covering identity governance, access management, PAM, and authentication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and cybersecurity requirements into technical IAM architectures aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security operations to integrate IAM capabilities across on-premise and cloud platforms.
• Define and enforce IAM technical standards, processes, and best practices.
• Drive automation for identity lifecycle workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications.
• Provide technical mentorship and serve as the escalation point for complex IAM incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on IAM design, implementation, and product deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk, SailPoint IIQ, Identity Security Cloud, Azure AD, or IBM ISIM.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of cloud-native IAM services like AWS Cognito, AWS Secrets Manager, and Azure Key Vault.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
