Description

You will lead technical identity and access management initiatives, owning the documentation, process design, and team management required to deliver secure IAM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write technical specifications and requirements for IAM tools and systems.
• Develop process flows using Visio to map and optimize identity lifecycles.
• Lead and manage teams to ensure all work meets quality management standards.
• Negotiate technical requirements and project constraints with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Proven experience with IAM tools and technologies.
• Expertise in writing technical requirements and specifications.
• Proficiency in creating process flows with Visio.
• Demonstrated team leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
• Background in Quality Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
