Description

Lead end-to-end QA activities for Identity and Access Management projects, owning the full STLC lifecycle from strategy to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test recommendations and provide QA effort estimates for Salesforce, Data Integration, and Front End projects.
• Execute functional, exploratory, mobile, and regression testing, focusing on edge cases beyond happy path scenarios.
• Manage defect reporting, tracking, and analysis of QA metrics such as defect leakage and testing effectiveness.
• Drive testing efforts across multiple projects by coordinating with development, project management, and customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing within Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data validation.
• Proficiency in API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
• Deep understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO), Web Access Management, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience with Access/Resource Provisioning and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end QA workflows including test case execution and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and business audiences.
