Description

You will lead validation testing activities for Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications, managing the entire testing lifecycle from planning to defect resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing teams through the full validation testing lifecycle, including test planning, design, execution, and defect management.
• Review and interpret business and technical requirements for IAM applications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis within the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
• Create and maintain test strategies and test plans aligned with Agile SDLC processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and functional testing.
• Extensive hands-on experience testing SailPoint IdentityIQ applications.
• Strong understanding of IAM systems configuration, including LDAP, SSO, Web Access Management, RBAC, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Provisioning.
• Proven experience in a Test Lead capacity, managing teams and workflows.
• Ability to develop effective test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools within the IAM ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) workflows.
